I noticed that the furnace was not kicking in as usual, and the house was beginning to get cooler. I checked the furnace and discovered a problem, although I did not know what it was. I called Custom and they sent a service person who made a temporary adjustment and got the furnace running again. He returned a few days later with a replacement part and kept the furnace running in good order. The price of the service call -- in the evening on a weekend -- was well worth the price.
