Do not let this company do anything for you. The work performed was faulty and not up to code. I had to get Carter's Plumbing to correct two projects completed by Steve. This cost an additional $6,000.

I think he did a good job. He was on the high end of price. It looks good, but the price could've been a little lower. At least he was honest about the price.

He came out. He knew the problem. He found it confident. He got it done. It was just in and out. I think that was I needed. I thought he kept his word. 

To cut out the old foot and half of drain, replace it, and re-solder it back should have been a $150 job, but he charged me $200. He kind of built in charging me for the job, plus charging me to drive from Sterling Heights to Romulus. It was like charging me $50 for the drive and $150 for the whole thing, instead of maybe $10 for the drive, when he agreed to come out for the job. That part wasn't the greatest, but it looked like he used quality material and they are in there tightly. The price was just on the high end. 

I would use him again. He told me that if came back out again that I would get an automatic 20% discount. I told him he was kind of on the high end. He told me if I used him again, he would make sure it right. I will hold him to that. He was coming in from out of town, and clearly needed some money. I did call him to confirm and his phone was off, but it wasn't off for long. That seemed a little harried, but he got the job done.

This guy, Steve Olson talks a good game and promised a 5 year warranty on a sump pump. We hired him to do the installation on 3/2/13 which seemed fine. However when the sump pump failed on 7/17/2015, he was contacted by phone at 7:45pm and he promised to come the next morning to install a new one. No show and 2 more phone calls as it was now Saturday with rain in the forecast. Ultimately, I had to call another reputable plumber to install a new sump pump. I would not recommend this con artist to my worst enemies.

Steve replaced a water heater and re-routed the flue at my rental property. Everything seemed fine until the city inspector told me that the water heater flue had not been tied into the chimney liner correctly. As a result, carbon monoxide was venting directly into the house, a very dangerous situation.
I called Steve and told him about the situation. He agreed to come fix it and we agreed on a time.
He inexplicably cancelled the appointment by text message half an hour before he was supposed to show up and I never heard from him again. He ignored the many emails and voicemails I sent. I had to hire another contractor to come fix his mistake.
Steve's dangerously incompetent work cost me several hundred dollars, and I'm lucky it didn't injure or kill my tenants.

improperly installed everything, bragged about being a professional (he is anything but) and is NOT  a licensed plumber.  If you hired him and he performed any plumbing work requiring permits, he is in violation of his probation and will go to jail.  He NEEDS  to be in jail because he is completely incompetent and is jeopardizing peoples' safety by improperly installing plumbing.  PLEASE REPORT THIS GUY TO YOUR LOCAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT IF HE PUTS IN A SUMP PUMP, WATER HEATERS AT YOUR HOME.  THESE SERVICES REQUIRE AN INSPECTION AND IF HE IMPROPERLY INSTALLS A WATER HEATER, YOU COULD HAVE AN EXPLOSION IN YOUR HOME DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION.
