Faster than expected. All went very well. Dave and crew did a great job.

They were very local and did excellent work.

They were always on time and even finished the job earlier than we expected. The work was professionally done with much courtesy.
They cleaned up after themselves very well.
They even came back(after full payment) to fix something that was our fault.
I would recommend this business to any one.

There were some concerns from the start but it went down hill from there. The owner provided the estimate and left the impression he was going to do the work. Instead a young kid in his late teens or early 20's showed up and was frustrated because he said his partner did not show up to help him. He applied the coating and it looked good when finished so we were satisfied at the time. But ~9 months later chips in the coating started to show up and when we call the company the owner indicated it was most likely our fault for using the wrong cleaners. He did come out and repair the chips. At about 14 months after installation we had large section a couple of square feet in size peeling off the outside of the tub where cleaners or exposure to soap and water is rare. Called the owner again and he said warrently was only 1 year and he was not responsible. I researched this area of bathtub resurfacing and found that there are allot of applicators doing poor quality work either due to: 1) poor surface preparation before applying the coating and 2) applying the correct type of coating. My issue was most likely the first one since I had poor adhesion even in a section that is least exposed to water and chemicals.
