Job did not go good from the start worked a total of 6 days and was there only 30 hrs did not have the tools or supply's to do the job..Damaged property while trying to put trusses on. Day 6 only made it about a hour before owner and employee got in argument were employee quit. and sheriff dept was called to job site and I found out this was not the first time the sheriff dept has had to deal with mike the owner.That day I had enough and terminated his services while the sheriff dept waited around for him to leave the property. I keep the employee the rest of the day to help cover the roof and I had to hire new help to finish job that was not completed by straus builders
