Barrett returned my estimate within three days after he came to look at the site. He began work within a week of the promised date. He removed the egress window and replaced it with a "door" so that he would not have to bring in materials through the front door. He was meticulous about cleaning up after himself on a daily basis. He was willing to make changes even after he started the work. The work itself was a demonstration of perfectionism. He was accommodating and affable...a pleasure to have around. Much less noisy than I had anticipated. Project was finished a little later than promised (a week or so) due to holiday interruptions and the carpet layer's schedule.
