OLSON TIRE SVC INC

I took my vehicle in for inspection after a clunking noise that I could hear for some time, got louder.  Manager Bill, quickly got my vehicle into a bay and proceeded to inspect the front suspension.  After determining what the cause was, they invited me into the bay to see what they had found.  The technician showed me what he believed the problem was and showed me how much play there was in the upper ball joints.  He also stated that none of the other suspension parts showed any excessive wear, all bushings were okay, and tie rods and sway bars were ok as well.  Since the repairs would take several hours we scheduled the repairs for later in the week.  I dropped the car off in the morning, and picked it up later that afternoon.  Replacement of the upper ball joints fixed the clunk.  As a result, I will do business with Olson again and will recommend them to my friends.
