I dropped off my tax information to her on 1/31/2015 and on 2/2/2015 I received a phone call that my taxes were finished and ready to be signed.  I found her to be very efficient and accurate in all of her work.  The time turn over was the best it's ever been.

We have been going to Carrie Eritano for our taxes for many years. We love the way Carrie works with us. I have and will recommend her to others.

I have been using Carrie’s services for about 8-9 years. She is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. She is always available and fairly quick at getting out tax documents back to us. We do have quite a lot of documents for her to go through.

My experience was great.  I have been using them for over thirty years.  I started out with a gal that went to work for them.  She moved away to California.  So we just continued using them.  We have been with them for a long time.  I would tell everyone to use them.  I think they are up on the new tax laws, they know what they are.

Our tax sessions usually go pretty quick. We know what they need prior to our appointment so we are prepared when we walk in. They always make sure we are getting every deduction we should but at the same time making sure we have all of the correct documentation. There have also been years that we dropped off our taxes ahead of time and Eritano's takes care of the preparation ahead of time.

John Eritano has been doing my tax returns for 30 years. He doesn't  just think about this years taxes but makes sure things are going to benefit me in future years also. The staff is friendly, courteous and very efficient. They get things done quickly but you never feel rushed. He always says "If you have any questions, give me a call" and he means it, I have called him and gotten a well explained answer. I would recommend him to anyone!

I was hesitant at first to do my taxes with this company only because we lived over an hour away in Lansing, MI and I thought it would be an inconvenience to be filing so far away. Eritano's was great with communicating with us so it never was a problem.  We were able to use snail mail, fax, e-mail and phone for communication. We then moved to Grand Rapids, MI over an hour and half away and kept our business with them because we always have a positive experience with them.  My favorite thing is that when you get your tax paperwork back at the end of the season it is in a nice professionally bound booklet which is easy for storage and you know right where to go to get your tax information.    

Very professional service throughout. Very friendly when I dropped off my paperwork - they even remembered me from the previous year. They made sure all of my contact information was still the same and provided an estimated date of when taxes would be done. There were a few questions they needed answered and they called me in the evening - they don't stop working at 5! Very efficient!

I have a rental and John makes sure deductions are all included. The feds were not ready with all the new regulations, however, they held the form, reviewed it when feds were final, called me to come in and made sure all forms were complete and signed. Great service.

Our tax return was more complicated than usual.  Our family has been using them for several years. It was all good. They were quick and efficient.  I just had to take my information to Carrie and she did the work, filed the taxes, and the refund is already in our savings account.  They are very friendly and professional people, it was a pleasant experience, right from the person that greets you at the door.

Very pleased with services. This was the first time we used Eritano & Co. Was able to work with them to do my taxes remotely. I scanned and PDF'ed everything and they were able to take that information and do my tax returns. Plan to use them next year.
