Heritage Automall Inc

iIn the past 2 years we've bought two cars from Heritage Auto Mall. My husband takes our vehicles there for recalls, oil changes and most other routine maintenance work, so he is not unknown to them. The last several months, service there has gone waaaaay downhill. Our truck, which is still under warranty, started flashing the "check engine" light. We made an appointment, took it in, they found a burnt sparkplug (took them two hours to find it, mind you),changed it and sent hubby off. The light came back on the next day, and when he took it back, they said  it was some other part, and that he'd have to leave the truck there for a day so they could work on it when the engine was cool. At that time my husband said he'd need a loaner, but was informed they didn't have any. He scheduled the work to be done on a Friday because he was taking off from work that day anyway.When he came home, I told him I was pretty sure our warranty covered a loaner, so we called Chrysler to verify, then called back to the service department. This time he talked to someone who was willing to arrange a loaner for him,so he took it in on the appointed day.The service department did NOT order the part they needed, although they had several days to do so, until the day we took the truck back, so we are stuck with a dinky little car until Monday afternoon. We feel that we have given them more than a reasonable opportunity to treat us, good customers, right and have failed at every turn. Since we've moved since we bought our vehicles from them, we will check out the dealerships closer to home rather than returning to Heritage.
