Greg came out less than a day after we had called to schedule the appointment, and was on time. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and fix it in about an hour. We were expecting to be charged over $100, so when he said the fee was $65 total, we were thrilled! He was pleasant to talk with, explained what he was doing and what caused the problem, and cleaned up the area before leaving. We were VERY satisfied, and will definitely use him again, plus recommend him to others. Very fair price, and professional service! Thanks, Greg!

When the dryer stopped working I called Sears, where I got it five years before and they spent weeks setting appointments that were moved then cancelled. After my wife took a day off work and they cancelled the appointment that morning, she called someone local and found Greg's Appliance Service in the phone book. We scheduled the appointment for the next day, he showed up on time and performed the work quickly and for less than Sears had estimated.
