Chuck was very responsive. After playing phone tag, we finally talked, and within 3 hours he had been to the house, fixed the problem, and left. This is the second time I've called him, and I will call him again.

Chuck was very professional and honest. After he was done he cleaned everything up so it looked better than when he got there. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even to point out to us the advantage of registering online for a longer warranty period. He also was very honest about the pros and cons of certain water heaters we were wondering about.

Vetry good job. Only 1 minor problem and when I called about the issue Charlie fixed the problem that day. WOW great service.

I liked them very much. I'm sure they could have sold me on additional things but they did a good job of identifying the problem and fixing it at a minimal charge.
