I have two older vehicles and have used Bob Kerns quite a few times over the last several years. They've always been very good about discussing options, giving me a price or price range, and then calling me if they have any questions, or to tell me the work is done. So far every repair they've done has come in at or below the quoted price and has been done right the first time. I definitely think they are trustworthy and reliable. In fact my van is going in for muffler work next week. (They were significantly cheaper than the muffler place quote I got.)
Two very minor complaints: They are not open on weekends. And, after hours, vehicles are secured in their fenced lot. Which is good for security, but it also means one doesn't have the option of paying over the phone, then getting the vehicle with a separate key after hours.

"Thank you Customer for the kind words ,currently we now have a solution to the drop off and pick up early and late ,We have a drop off slot on our building for early arrivals and late pick up arrangment can be made if needed .I look forward to seeing you again soon"
