room darkening honeycomb shade for our bedroom. Their prices are very
competitive, and they have always stood behind their product when I've
had any issues.
The only thing I wish they would address is
that I believe they allow smoking inside the showroom/factory, as I can
smell it when I enter the building. The window treatments don't smell
of smoke when I pick them up, but there must be a break room close
enough to the entrance that my nose can pick up the tobacco.
If you are afraid of dogs, be aware that there is a small dog that is very
friendly on the premises. They try to keep it behind the desk, but at
times it does come out and greet you. It's not yappy or aggressive, I
just want to advise people with allergies and those who don't care for
dogs that they will probably find one here.
I do wish there had been more color options, since I really wanted an ivory color shade and ended up with a light tan. For the price, though, I can't complain.
I have always found their installers to be very courteous and professional. Vertical Vic's will come to the home to measure before the order is placed, which makes me feel more secure that the blinds will fit. I've ordered Roman shades in the past as well as traditional honeycomb shades, and always been pleased with the service.
