They did a fabulous job on the cement work. Perfect.
They messed up a few things:
1) They scooped out a full several inches of turf on the far side of property in apparent misunderstanding by the crew. Looks like they thought we were putting n a drive on that side (NO). I still need to get that re-leveled. Rather treacherous for me as I use an electric wheelchair to get about (paraplegic).
 2) I spoke with crew about dumping some good top-soil for me to use with other leveling needs. They dumped dirt that is so full of crap it isn't funny. I have quite a heap of concrete and rocks I have been picking out of it ever since. Still a host of them to pull out.
I would have marked Excellent if not for the above. I was not able to see these areas until well after they were gone as the work left me blocked off in my home due to my mobility.

When they came out to tear up the old concrete everything was fine. When they poured the new it also seemed fine. We left for vacation before they pulled the forms. Vince, the owner of the company, asked if I could pay him once they poured since I would be gone for ten days. My mistake was doing that. When I returned from vacation, I was surprised to see there was no support under my porch roof like I was promised there would be. One side of the roof porch was just left hanging. Lucky for us there were no severe storms or it probably would have just collapsed. When reviewing the back patio, we noticed chunks of concrete missing along the edges. They damaged the edge of the patio while pulling the forms. Also, there was large honey combs on one side. I tried calling Vince three times once I even left a message asking for a return phone call. But since the check had already cleared and he obviously new why I was calling I never heard from him again...until recently. On Facebook I noticed a friend liked Santoro's page. I didn't want this friend to hire Vince without knowledge of the type of company he runs. I left a less than stellar review. Shortly after, my friend messaged me saying Vince is a relation by marriage. She also said Vince would like me to give him a call. I told her Vince was more than welcome to call me even though it has been so long. To my surprise, four years later, Vince calls me. He claimed he had no recollection of my job. He asked if he could come out and take a look at it. I said that would be fine. He showed up Saturday morning. That was 5/3/2014. He acknowledged the shortcomings in workmanship and offered to replace a portion of concrete and try to patch the other areas. We agreed to let him do this. We set up for him to come out the following Saturday (5/10/2014). He said he would see us in the morning on Saturday. Big surprise, he never showed.
