The price was great. Called to get it fixed around 2pm and they were at my door by 6pm. Fast and punctual. These plumbers were very close to my house and I would certainly use them again. Hard worker! Very motivated to do the work.

Some plumbers / Plumbing companies didn't even show up to assess the issue. 
Demetrius came and assessed the issue and got back to us the next morning with a quote. 
The quote was considerably less than that of another, bigger company.
The job took 12 hours and Demetrius and Gary, worked their butts off the entire time!!
Demetrius is a very nice gentleman. Very personable.

Should have sent up a red flag because his proposal sheet and what he was supposed to do was not set up like other contractors I have dealt with.  Even though it was supposed to be one job, he charged me separately for cleaning my sewer, at $125 which is more than other plumbers charge. He talked a lot about principles, honesty, etc and more than once I asked if he would make sure the ground was leveled and cleaned up after the old sewer was dug up and new one put in.  He assured me that it would be done and everything cleaned up and put back as much as possible, minus grass.  I made the mistake of paying him in full, because I thought he was trustworthy and would stand behind his word. He knows I am a widow, a senior and have physical challenges so cant believe he left the ground he dug up with tire tracks, large ruts and uneven ground.  I called him repeatedly and he never came back out to fix over a 3 month period.  Very sad that he would take my money and not at least level the ground so now will have to find someone who can come out and fix as I cannot physically level this nor have family to help me.  Tried to walk on it to
weed wack the side of my house and almost fell and could have broken something.
Would not advise employing him for any job, but if you do, make sure you don't pay him the other half until he completes the job.
Very sad, especially when he leaves a message on his voice mail, telling you to have a Blessed Day?  What a joke and Hippocrite
What goes around comes around and he will pay for his lack of ethics and responsibility one day.
