Mt Clemens Quick Lube

Started out okay; however, I was told the oil change would be $30, and they changed 34.99.

I was told I needed a Transmission Flush and new serpentine belt.  I did not believe since I had all this done in June 2013 and at another oil change facility in the area.  I was then told to check for myself, Dimitre, showed the transmission stick and the color of the fluid was brownish red which would indicate it would need to be changed.  He showed this to me twice.  He then showed me the serpentine belt and said it was cracked and would break anytime.   When I looked at the belt it looked brand new as it should have.  I told him I had all this done like I said in June 2013.  I said I was going to go back to the other oil change facility and file a complaint.  When I went down to the other Oil change facility with receipt in hand, I told them what dimitre told me.  They lifted the hood and checked the transmission fluid not once but twice and it  was red and clean.  Then they checked the serpentine belt and it was fine, no cracks whatsoever.  They told me what Dimitre probably did was wipe his finger on the power steering fluid and then wiped his finger on the  transmission stick to make it look a brownish red.   Had I not had this work done recently, I might have taken this guy's word for it and had this work done again at the tune of close to $200.  I plan on reporting this facility to the Better Business Bureau.

I don't recommend anyone give this facility any business.
