 + -1 moreI called to inquire if they could come out and remove the broken key from my ignition. At first the woman i spoke with was very sweet and gave me hope that i was gonna get good service.. until she put Hank or Harold or Rude guy on the phone and just made me feel bad. He was asking all these questions I wasn't %100 sure of and he made me feel like a fool, using a pretty harsh tone too. Told me it would be $75 just to come out and look at my ignition not including the actual work he would do. Ended up calling another Key and Lock place and offered to come out for free if they couldn't fix my problem!!!
Description of Work: Told me the price to come out and remove a broken key from my ignition.
