 + -1 moreOverall everything has been lousy. Nothing has been done to completion. I have dry wall issues, my utility room is just roughed out not finished nor my kitchen or my hall closet. Door stops breaking off, knobs falling off doors, when I try to call Joe George, who is representing the builder most of the time he does not return my calls. The City of Fraser building inspector is not helping me either but I was told I cannot make a complaint against them. They keep letting us live in an unsafe building. I have pictures of what i am suppose to have and my injuries but I do not know how to put them in this complaint. Let me how to get the pictures to you. I have been promised on several occasions someone would be out to fix things and I wait and wait and no one shows without even a phone call to say they cannot make it. Description of Work: This is the problem, nothing has been completed. I am living in an unsafe place. I have light fixtures hanging by wires, loose shoe molding, gaps in grout around my toilets, no weather stripping around my doors, paint peeling, no screens in windows, holes in walls, no holes in counters where they are suppose to be which has caused me to fall twice. I have suffered a head injury and bruising to my body, which I have pictures of and the list goes on. Myself and all other eight tenants in building are having the same trouble. This building received a temporary occupancy permit from the City of Fraser which expired on April 18, 2011 and we are still living here in an unsafe building. I am at my wits end and do not know what to do or where to turn I am praying that your company can help me. I was also told when I looked at this place that lighted ceiling fans came in each bedroom and Joe George keeps telling me I will get them and I have not yet. All units are suppose to be the same and I just found out yesterday my neighbors have them and I do not and I am paying the same amount but not getting everything I was promised. i am also suppose to have built in shelves in my master bedroom closet and I do not. I took pictures of the model and what all came with my place so I do have proof and I want what I was told I am paying for.
