Everything went very good. Dropped off the car at 8am and picked it up the same day at 5pm. The staff is very friendly and professional. The car runs much better now. We have been here on two separate occasions for different issues and will definitely go back if needed.

Work was done quickly and professionally. Mike answered all my questions and stood behind his work. Highly recommended.

They were very fair. They even gave me a ride back and forth. They always called me and told me what they were going to do first.

I had been there before for a check engine light, which pointed to a failed catalytic converter! Recognizing my cat was still within the OEM's 80,000 warranty, they asked my permission to take my truck to a local Chevy dealer for their own assessment. Sure enough, same result! Dealership replaced the cat at NO CHARGE, and Evola's charged me nothing, even though they delivered the vehicle with a chase truck, taking the time of the owner (Keith) and one of his guys! How is THAT for service?

Anyway, back to last Friday...I asked the guys if they could check my trailer lights that weren't working properly. With their machine for doing this kind of testing, they found the trailer lights to be functioning properly, and found that my trailer and quot;pigtailand quot; from the van had sufficiently corroded to be causing the problem. They fixed it, wrapped the wires in a protective sheath, applied some protective electro-conduction grease, and all was fixed. And oh-they told me I had about 25% wear left on my brakes, which I appreciated, because had they said they needed replacement, I probably would have spent the money. These guys were friendly, offered me donuts and coffee, and set me up in a space where I could work on my laptop. They're 9 miles away from home, but trust is hard to earn. These are my Auto Service Guys for life!
