Great job and completed ahead of schedule. I'm a reseller, so for me what I pay out for restoration is an important part of my business success. Simply meaning, I would most definitely use them again but I would select items to take to them carefully in-order to make sure there is a profit margi .

I would grade the overall experience about a B or B+. The actual delivery date of my furniture was a few weeks after the estimated delivery date per the receipt. It was not communicated to me that there was a delay on the fabric, which caused a delay in the whole reupholstery process. I had to reach out to the company several times to get updates on the status of my furniture. I wish that they would have done a better job communicating with me about the delays and what was causing the delays because I would have given Hollywood an A rating otherwise. The have free pickup and delivery and the owner was very personable. The quality of the work was EXCELLENT, even though the design of my couch (very clean lines with tufting) was incredibly difficult to do. The couch and chairs look fantastic and I have received many compliments. Also, the price was very competitve. I would definitely recommend this company, but keep in mind that good workmanship may be at the expense of punctuality.

I have stopped into their shop recently and talked to them about another essential project. It is still being operated by the same father and son operation. They did very thorough work. They did an excellent job. I think they are reasonable and I had some other work done by another company that was more expensive. I wish I had it all done by Hollywood Upholstery. I would highly recommend them.

They provided an estimate of the cost of labor, material was extra. I purchased the material through them. The work was excellant. I have used them in the past for many pieces of furniture. Always quality and keep their promises. I have never been disapointed.
