We had Pennington Gas from Stockbridge Michigan for many years and have
never had a problem with billing or gas service Till they were taken
over by another Propane gas company. Now we can get bills for tank
rental, and service fees but can not get a regular bill to pay. When I
called Pennington they just want to know if I am going to pay. I told
them I would pay the bill if I received a bill I could read. The truck
driver that filled our tank had a problem and the bill from the driver
was a thick blue lice with nothing to read. He stated we would get a
bill in the mail in a week. Several months later I received a
threatening to send our bill to collection. I called and asked the guys
what is up with this. I informed him I did not get a bill in the mail
like the truck driver told us. He gave me the amount of my bill so I
went on line and paid them. A month later I received a bill for a
service fee. I could not get a reply. I have had nothing but problems
with Pennington Gas since the new company took them over. I am going to
switch to a different company and I would not any one else to do
business with such a bad company.
I always call when I want my tank filled and they come with in a couple days. This time it took them over a week before they showed up. Bad business do not use this company.

The problem with this company is it's office staff, they were rude and clearly had little customer service training. The only positive was the delivery drivers, they were professional and friendly
