Gave good estimate; arrived when he said he would; repaired chips and cracks in the shower liner, prepped area (and protected areas not being worked on) and returned next day to apply additional coats. Finished appearance excellent, and 3 years later remains so. NO complaints, wholeheartedly recommend!!
