 + -1 moreI contacted them in October of 2022 about a project I needed them to get done for me on my house. It is very important for the safety and maintenance of my home. They kept making excuses about how busy they were with furnace outages and people without heat and kept putting me off. It is now six months later and I don't think people without heat should be an issue. I haven't heard one word from them. I also left a voicemail in January which they never had the courtesy to return. VERY rude and unprofessional business.
Description of Work: I needed the liners replaced for my boiler exhaust.
