THEY INSTALLED A COMPUTER CHIP THAT DID NOT WORK. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT IT, THEY CAME RIGHT BACK TO INSTALL ONE THAT DID WORK. I WAS HAPPY THAT THEY WERE SO RESPONSIVE TO REPAIR THEIR MISTAKE, BUT NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK.
