+ -1 moreWe recently hired Arrow Concrete Cutting for the second time to cut a hole in our 10" poured cement basement wall. They cut holes for egress windows several times a week and they are probably the best around. This last hole was 3 ft by 4 ft and the cut was within 1/16 of an inch.
Description of Work: Cut cement so we could install egress window into basement
