Arrived on time. Got straight to work, and showed me the damaged parts that needed replacing.

Everything went well. The tankless water heater flushing kit was not included in the quote but the owner provided one after I asked.

went bad. front outside faucet was leaking bad. they came out and replaced the perfectly good working back faucet. they said they couldn't find one in the front so they figured it must be the back one. front is behind a bush in the landscaping. why don't you follow the water line in the crawl to the front faucet? hmmm.. this is a rental so I didn't know they did the wrong one till the tenant called and said the crawl was full of water. they then came and replaced the front faucet. then I get another bill. They did do right by not charging for the second time after I called them. they were told to call me with questions and didn't. POOR communication on their part. on a good note the quality of the work looked great.

They were very accommodating. I had to change our appointment due to power outage in our area. They were very consensus with everything and they did follow. It turned out really good 'cause it can develop leaks when installing water heater.

Plumber arrived on time, very friendly and professional. After spending time crawling in the crawl space, identified the problem and fixed the blown pipe. Gave us very useful information and advice concerning our current plumbing issues. We would definitely call this company again if needed, and recommend them to others.
