After others had failed to find the source of sewer gas coming into our house, Plumbers Service came out right away and were able to find a broken drain pipe in a crawl space using a smoke test. Their personnel are very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Thanks to them, we were able to get this annoying problem fixed. We have used them in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

I've had a good experience. I had a plumber in here very recently that replaced some faucets that were all blocked up with problems. He did a very good job too. It was really good, they did a very good job. I had a situation I hadn't been able to use an upstairs bathtub for quite awhile because we've got a lot of iron and stuff in our water and was all clogged up and everything. And he did a good job in terms of it working and in terms of the way it looked when he got done. And then he also replaced a faucet on a sink. Well, two things in terms of repair, it worked real well and it looked very good.

Everything was exceptional. Quality company, nice workers and good value. Highly recommend!!!

I called Tuesday morning because our kitchen drain was backing up.  W knew there was a blockage further down the line because my husband cleaned the trap and checked the garbage disposal before calling the plumber.  We were informed the cost was $175 for snaking the first 20 feet of pipe and then it was $1 per foot after that. They also gave us $20 off for being first time customers. He arrived within a few hours of my call and was able to look at the drains in the house to determine how far down the line the backup was.  He then snaked the drain and found the clog about 50ft down the pipe.  He snaked an additional 25 feet to make sure everything was clear and only charged us for the 50.  He was very thorough and ran the water while finishing the paperwork to make sure everything was clear.  He was very professional and quick and we will definitely be calling the company for any future needs.

I give this company 5 stars and recommend them to anyone. Our basement floor drains backed up for the first time in the 12 years we've lived here,called a plumber the clean up company gave us and they referred us to this company. They came out the same day we called, Nicholas explained everything, provided helpful information and the cost was reasonable.

To start, Plumber's Service was willing to listen to the details of what was needed and provided an accurate, extremely competitive estimate over the phone.  They were also flexible in scheduling a service date/time.  Upon the scheduled day of service, Nick arrived on time.  He evaluated the job and then call me at work to verify it was acceptable to cut one of the PVC pipes to allow for removal of the old pump before cutting the pipe.  The job was completed quickly and in an extremely neat fashion - which I would imagine is not easy based on the nature of the task.  The new pump was tested before he left to to verify its proper operation.  I was pleasantly surprised to find that a high-quality Zoeller pump was used for the new pump installation.  Nick left information to document the install date, model, and serial number of the new pump.

Jim arrived on time, despite us giving short notice for this plumbing emergency.
A very thorough person, he took time diagnosing what  the real problem was, rather than just diving in to try something to see if it'd work. Having eliminated some of the possible causes of the backup, he determined the best course of action and had our problem totally solved in short order.
Jim and Plumbers' Service will be the first company we turn to for future situations like this.

I called because my kitchen sink & laundry tub were backing up. I was in Az at the time & they were very nice about sending someone out that day to take care of the problem. I had someone there at the house & he told me the tech was very good, made sure everything was cleaned out & working perfect. I belive his name was Jim, & was very friendly & did a great job. I was able to pay over the phone via credit card with a 10% senior discount. I would used this company again, hopefully won't need to but good to know they do such a good job & are so prompt.

These guys are great. They have worked at our home several times. They solve the problem the first time, no recalls. They call when they are coming. They are our first thought when the problem is plumbing.

I called Plumber Service and they sent out a tech (Jim) within about a couple of hours. Explained the problem to Jim and he attempted to snake my sewer line. It turned out the outside sewer line is frozen so he could to fix it but explained exactly what was going on to my satisfaction. Jim was courteous and explained my problem. Would not hesitate to use them again.

A company that hires veterans is A+++ in my opinion. Great job all around... Jody on the phone was helpful, and Nicholas did an amazing job snaking/cutting through my old lines with the 2.5" cable. Arrived on time, cleaned up after the job. Would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing a drain cleaned out.

I have a basement drain which gets blocked about once a year. I usually call Plumber's Service and they have always opened it no problem; it then gets blocked again in a few months, maybe from a crack in the pipe under the slab. This time the weather had caused a high demand for service, so they got to our house later than expected, but they did get here and unblocked it - again -. I will be calling them again for the next plumbing adventure, I'm sure.

My drain had backed up and I called my regular plumber and he referred me to PS. I called and the lady told me she would have someone out today. Mike arrived on time and went right to work. He told me the drain was blocked all the way to the city drain but he could take care of it. He was very careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after himself. Mike was a very professional and efficient and has a very pleasant personality. I would recommend this company to others.

We had a problem over Christmas that caused water to go through the bathroom floor and flow into the downstairs whenever the toilet was flushed. We dried everything, then called the plumber on the 26th. Our regular plumber diagnosed it as a major clog and recommended Plumbers Service, Inc. Rob came out the same day, pulled the toilet, removed the clog, and re-seated the toilet. He was prompt and courteous; he even gave us a 20% Senior Discount! The next day we left for 6 weeks. When we returned, we found that a very slow leak had occurred that had damaged some drywall and caused some relatively minor damage to wood. We contacted Plumbers Service; Rob came back promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it---no charge. Because of the damage that had occurred due to the slow leak, I contacted Jeff (contact person at the company). We discussed the problem; he even came out to our home to view it. Because we were gone for such a long time, I suggested shared responsibility for the problems caused by the leak; he agreed. I got two estimates for repair; when I called Jeff back, we reached a very satisfactory resolution. I am impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of both Rob and Jeff and highly recommend this company!

Called 15 min before arrived in uniform. Exhibited experience and conscientious of care. Removed and replaced toilet, cleaned up when done. Cabled 45 feet.

On Christmas Eve we had a drain back up. I went straight to Angie's List and found a Plumber who was unable to help me but referred me to another Angie's List Plumber/Drain Cleaner. Of course, it was almost a holiday and we had guests and were a little paniced. They had someone out with a few hours and the problem was resolved promptly. They did charge a holiday premium even though technically it wasn't a holiday but I was informed and agreed to that beforehand.

They didn't give me a window when they would arrive just a time they would arrive after. This was ok as I didn't have anywhere to go that day. But, a range would have been nice. They did call when the tech was on his way. He got both drains clear and didn't charge me for the sink since it was so quick and easy to fix. Both drains work great now. We would use them again

The original drain cost was $140 - $20 for a first time customer coupon I found on there web site. Second drain was questionable if it had to be done but offered to do for an extra $65 I thought it was a little high.

They are good. I have no complaints with their service. I give them A's all the way down. I feel that their pricing is reasonable.

We liked the service Ralph Holt provided to us. He was very professional and courteous and our drain works well now. We will use him again and don t mind recommending him to others.

This company does good work. I have had them for several years and have been pleased with their work each time. They show up on time to do the work and clean up after themselves. They also don't leave a big mess behind.

They snaked the storm x 75 ft (after hours emergency since they couldn't get there before 5pm. 6pm arrived cleaned out drain....no improvement in the flow of water although he thought he saw improvement (I noticed no increase in the flow). The new drain cap I had replaced by the last plumber because the old one was striped disappeared with the worker...I guess he figured they needed it worse than I did. I called complaining that the cap was missing and I wanted it returned....the office said they would have him return it. They never did.
