Fast response, great price. They explained everything and were very courteous as well as on time.

I had mold in my basement that was visible from a bathroom leak. I was worried about the health of my family as we have a 10 month old. I actually went through home advisor and Mr mold called me to address the issue. they sent a tech out a few hours later. I was going to have an air test done, the tech advised that since I had dried the area out to save the money on the air test and go for remediation. The tech Johnny gave me what I felt was a good price on the job and said he could be back in a few hours to do it. He arrived earlier than expected and educated me on the work he was going to do. I don't do reviews too often but when you receive exceptional customer service you have to say something. Johnny was truly a pleasure to work with and made me feel at ease and safe in my own home. They helped me in a pinch and didn't break the bank. They deserve double the max rating were able to give. Thank you Mr. Mold for your help and exceptional customer service!

Great company to work with. Explained the entire process from start to finish. They provided a project manager on site while the crew worked, explained the process again and provided answers to all my questions. The best part is they didn't try to get me to pay more than what was needed to treat the issues and provided a 5 year transferable warranty. They also came in significantly less cost than any other business I contacted.

They were both very respectful of our home and left it in great condition. These guys communicated with me the whole way. They even went over and above by helping us by contacting a previous contractor who did our siding. Our gable vents were sided over and shouldn't have. Mr Mold contacted them and explained what happened. Within minutes I was contacted by the previous contractor and a day and time was set up to remedy.
