Mr. Mold

I hired Mr. Mold to remediate a basement. From the first call to schedule a free inspection and quote to the final cleanup the have been an excellent company to work with. I am especially impressed with Robert and ET, the two gentlemen who did the remediation work. They were punctual, professional and pleasant to work with. They also communicated very well throughout the clean up process and I was very impressed with their attention to detail. Kenny, the project manager, was also very helpful and communicated well. I am very glad I went with Mr. Mold for this remediation!

The office in Highland was very easy to do business with. Brett was very knowledgeable and Hollie. And the girls in the office were very nice. I would recommend this company.

Power washed my roof that had a fungus and moss growing on the northside. Now a have a perfectly clean roof. No more fungus, moss, and dirt. Did a good job of cleaning up. Very professional.

Dave and his team were timely, courteous, considerate and took their time explain everything before, during abd after the remediation process. No other contractor provided us with the answers to all of our questions and concerns plus more than Mr. Mold!!

Everything was fine until the day they were scheduled to come out. They were supposed to arrive between 9-10am. I CALLED them at 11:20 and they said it was too cold they would arrive around 12. I received a call a little after 12 stating they were 45 mins away. At 1:30 I had to call back and say I would not be at the home as they were late and I had to leave to pick up my daughter at 2:30. The response I received was well the home is empty I'm doing you a favor just leave the house unlocked. I said that's not an option I am not going to leave my brand new home open when no one can be back until 7pm. (my daughter has karate). He said if I couldn't trust a contractor to be in my home then I shouldn't hire them and it would be an inconvenience to him to reschedule because he would now have to pay 2 guys for 4 hours for doing nothing. Nevermind the inconvenience to me for waiting 5 hours for them not to show up. He was so rude and belligerent I ended up hanging up and told my husband to call and talk to him. Clearly he has no respect for woman. My husband drove 45 mins home from work early to get home only to find out within 45 mins they were already done with whatever it was they claimed to have done. My daughter is allergic to mold and we were supposed to get pictures to submit of the work getting done before paying and they also did NOT do all the work that was in the estimate because my ac unit is still black, $2500 for what? A partial job and a rude contractor whose estimate was higher then 3 other companies but they were so polite and helpful until they got the job. Now I have to pay someone else to come do what they did not and honestly I don't even know what they did because no one was here.

Fast and professional. Appreciated their help. The one mistake made was putting a vent hole in the wrong side of the roof, but they added a vent there, and I do not think that extra venting is a problem.

Had a small area in the master bedroom due to a chimney leak that has been occurring over a period of 8 years. Mr. mold came to the rescue to remove the black mold. Polite, friendly and professional. Couldnâ t be more happier with their service.
