We were very pleased.  The service technician was very professional and kind.  He seemed to really understand our situation.  He set up his equipment and performed the disinfection. The whole thing took less than 2 hours. Their price was exactly what they quoted.   Since that time, we have not had a single occurrence of her acquiring a new infection.
