 + 0 morePart two...plenty of busted sprinkler heads from the lousy job of plowing. Which of course, they'll no doubt claim wasn't their fault. Bottom line...if you hire Briens Services you're an idiot.
Description of Work: Briens Services Inc was retained by our condo association for grass mowing, plowing and sprinkler system setup. Let's start with the grass mowing. Terrible. Parts of the lawn missed, overpriced, etc. We paid the guy to "winterize" our sprinkler system and guess what? It's now July and as we start looking at the system we discover busted pipes that were never properly winterized. Briens will stand behind their "winterizing" only if they come out the following spring (at a $900 service call) and see what's up. Are they kidding? We're going to pay them to do a job they should have done last winter?

 + 0 moreThis company is so professional. Arrived as scheduled, worked till completed. Area was beautifully restored and yard looks beautiful. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Remove flowers under large maple tree, remove edging from around tree, re grade dirt around tree and level and re-seed entire area. Remove large 8'x8' sand box in back yard. Remove all debris, re-grade area, level and place new sod. Re-seed area on lower drive way area.

 + 0 moreSo professional all the way. They worked so hard in extreme heat without ever complaining. Very neat, Kept me informed of what was going on in the yard. Flower bed looks like new and the tree trimming was perfect! Area prepped for new deck is ready to go. They were so careful and courteous. Highly recommend this company for all yard work needs. They have also been cutting my grass for 14 years! No complaints.
Description of Work: Removed 14 large boxwood shrubs and dug up stumps. Removed 12 large hostas with roots, dug up and removed two large burning bushes, cleaned scrub debris, removed edging and cleaned up area. Also de-weeded large flower bed (40'x8'), removed 4 potentilla bushes, trimmed three trees and removed all debris from area. Also put down 6 yards of hardwood mulch (homeowner supplied). All work completed within two days and area prepped for new deck.

 + 0 moreWe had a large sandbox (12' x 12') in the back yard filled with heavy sand that needed to be removed as well as a couple of trees in the front yard that needed to be cleaned up underneath and sodded. Not only did Brien's do an excellent job, they were prompt. No guessing about the price they stuck to the estimate.They removed the large sandbox, hauled away the sand, replaced the soil, re-leveled the yard and re-sodded the area. They fixed the area under the trees in the front and now everything looks beautiful.I have used this company for yard mowing as well for approximately eight years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about this company!

Description of Work: Did not blow out clumps of grass, and did a poor cleanup after cutting. Used heavy equipment when lawn was wet so now I have ruts. Thye did the work as promised, but not very well. Would not use them again, knowing there are so many out there.
