I recommend John and his company Webster’s Precision Painting LLC for flooring installation services with future prospective clients. I have had the pleasure of working directly with John and his team. The scope of work for this project involved the Installation of approximately 1200 sq feet of luxury vinyl laminate flooring in kitchen, family room, bedroom and bathroom. Scheduling within the construction industry is always difficult with supply chain and labor shortages but that was not an issue for Webster’s Precision Painting. They did quantity take offs during initial site visit and let me know what to buy so it was available far enough in advance to not impact the project. He effectively meets project schedule requirements installing the whole floor in 1 week. John was there each day when he said he would be and left when planed. He also made sure that we were comfortable living in our house through the renovation. He was friendly and kept the work area clean.
