contractor forgot to get building permit for sunporch.  Needed approval for variance.  Slab was already poured.  Variance denied.  Slab height caused water to leak into dining area which had laminate flooring which was ruined.  Zablocki did pay for replacement but only drilled holes in slab which again caused leakage onto laminate flooring.  When we insisted they removed and repoured slab.

Contractor said he added roofing tar around skylite to stop leaking. The following winter, the leak was still apparent. I have since contacted a different roofer to look at the problem I have learned that when the roof was replaced, Zablocki did not use a new roof kit for the skylight. They improvised with flashing. They did not explain this to me when they came out when I called them about the warranty. If they had explained this to me and made recommendations rather than just adding tar, I would not have had to call a different roofing contractor a year and half later.

Asked to repair a leak around a sky light. Came out promptly 1st time. Suggested I do part of the work myself!! Then, came back when I found a larger problem with one of the sky lights. They did the repair, which resulted in a decreased amount of leaking, but did not stop it. At that time we asked them to inspect the entire roof and tell us what needs to be done to stop any leaks, any preventive maintenance, repairs etc. They basically did not say much. Said all is well, no need for further work. I was very skeptical of this, as the other skylights appeared to be leaking. About 10 days later we had a significant storm on a Friday night, with a huge roof leak. I went up on the roof myself and found old cracked roof tar material, rotten, surrounding most of the skylights. We called them on Saturday. I ended up going on the roof and applying several piunds of silicone after trying to remove some of the rotten tar. They called back on Tuesday, laughing, saying "sounds like you got into some trouble with that roof there" . They did not bother to call until after 4 days after a major roof leak which we had asked them to prevent. We had actually told them we would be willing to spend several thousands of dollars to get the roof into good shape around the skylights. I guess they have too much money and too much work on their hands to take a job for a few grand. I would NEVER use them again. They had NO CLUE what they were doing, and did not care about it.
