I could not be more disappointed by the work and business ethics of this company. I had hired them for a major remodeling project, in excess of $75,000. We were in the middle of the project when the flood hit, and so the project was stopped and the work was to be submitted to my claims adjuster for the flood who was in the process of reviewing my claim. A note was put on my door from the City of Midland Building inspector, which said that any substantial repairs from the flood should not be made until more information was gathered from the homeowner to ensure that the homeowner followed the City of Midland and Fema requirements for flood repairs. Tri City took the note off the door and never told me about it. When I confronted the owner about it a week later since the note was never mentioned to me nor did they reference the new flood related requirement, had I not found about this from my neighbor work would have been continued by Tri City which would have been in violation of this order. I have told many people about this, and unfortunately a number of them told me that when I told them I had hired Tri City they didn't want to say anything to me about their reputation since I had already hired them.

It went great. Any delays were strictly weather related.

Quality of work was excellent. Completed work on time. Adjustments to original project scope handled fairly.

We spent over a year trying to troubleshoot a leaking window. Because it was a small job, many contractors did not give us the time of day. When we finally figured out it was the roof that was the issue, again, we contacted many contractors that would not pay much attention to us. Tri-City remodeling was literally the only one out of a half a dozen contractors that called us back and actually game to the house to give us a quote. Their responsiveness was great. The guy that came to the house was fantastic.
We were given the option to repair (without warranty) or pay a bit more and replace the entire section of the roof (with a warranty). We decided to replace the roof. Since they were so busy, we were scheduled several weeks out. Given the weather at the end of the year, we were delayed even more, but Tri-City Remodeling was great at keeping us up to date on the schedule. Finally on Dec. 31st, a crew came out. They worked in freezing temperatures on NYE to get the job done. We were thrilled at their commitment and the quality of the work. In fact, we were so happy with the work, we plan to do more business with them in the future!!

Everything went very well. The window replacements were done in one day. They took care to match the paint they used on the new wood, taking a piece of the old window frame with them to insure a match. The windows they installed were a type called and quot;direct setand quot;, which have no frame themselves, they are directly set into the window opening. The windows Tri-City used were much less expensive than the replacement windows that Pella gave me a quote for, even though they were triple-glazed energy efficient windows. In addition, Pella's solution for replacing direct set windows included a window frame, so the replacement window would not have the same look as the original windows. I wanted to keep the original 1960s and quot;contemporaryand quot; look of my house, so Tri-City's windows gave me the look I wanted.
In addition to replacing the windows, Tri-City offered to replace my storm door at no extra charge if I wanted to obtain the door myself. The door that I ordered from Home Depot hadn't arrived yet when Tri-City did my window replacement, but they came back about a week later to install the new door.
A year before this window job, Tri-City installed a new roof and gutters on my home. Of the 3 estimators who climbed up on my roof, only Tri-City pointed out the poor condition of the chimney and recommended that I have it repaired before it began to leak. Note that they do not do chimney work themselves, so there was no profit involved for them in making this recommendation. In addition, when installing the new gutters on the second story section of my home, the workman offered to replace the two exterior lights that were under the eaves at the corners of the house. I ran over to Lowes, bought new fixtures and LED lights, and the workman installed the lights while he already had the long extension ladder up. It took him just a few minutes added to the gutter installation work to install the lights, but saved me a lot trouble since we don't have a ladder tall enough to reach under the second story eaves.
In short, I thought the work Tri-City did on my home was very well done and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Their employees, both the estimators and the workmen, were very professional and did a great job.

TriCity did a great job. Their estimator met with me and explained how the job would be done, then e-mailed me the estimate and the appropriate licenses. The workmen showed up when they said they would. They were very careful about covering my carpeting and furniture. They did an excellent job, cleaned up everything and even came back to touch-up the paint. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

The roof replacement on my house and garage began a few weeks late, apparently due to the weather. It was a fairly challenging job with lots of different parts and steep inclines. They did it in sections with a fairly small crew. I did roofing myself in the distant past, so I kept a close eye on them, even getting up on the roof to inspect after it was done. As far as I could see the work was done correctly and looked very nice. Flashings were done well. Once they started the job it took about the amount of time they said. They finished just in time before the really cold weather hit. My only issue is I thought the clean-up could have been a little more thorough, although I'm pretty particular about that and a roof tear off is always difficult to completely clean up every piece of debris. I found a handfull of nails and shingle shards the first time I mowed the lawn. I would definitely recommend considering them for a roofing job.

Work performed was high quality and done in a professional manner. The job site was cleaned up every day and the crew was very courteous and showed up when they said they would. This job took longer than initially forecasted, but they ensured we were satisfied with the final project and addressed our small punchlist.

They replaced a part of the roof from a pindage to the house. They did all of the rain gutters. I was very pleased. I told him what to do and they did it while I was away. When I came back it looked exactly how I wanted. Everything was fine, and in order. Everything actually was as it should be. They made a reasonable offer. They work independently and do a good job. When I spoke to the person who was responsible for the work, I never actually saw or met them. I didn't meet the crew and I didn't know how they went about it. The only thing I saw when I came back was everything was as described. I had a very good experience in that level, but I can't tell you how they went about the job. I don't know how to compare it with other things. I don't know if the price was good or if I could have done better. Overall, in this particular case because I needed to go away and no one was here when they did the job, I think they were responsive to my needs. They were very good. I think they were professional. I have recommended them to a friend of mine and someone I know very well.

Job start was delayed due to significant rain days and 41/2 days of actual
work took 12 calender days to complete. Supervisor kept us advised on over-all job timing and foreman did so on daily basis.Job site was cleaned up daily and was 99.999% clean at completion!
Work crew kept us well advised on progress and issues as they occurred. They worked hard and the roof was water tight at the end of each day.
The roof is beautiful!!
