Stay away.  I can't even begin to tell you how bad the job was done.  Come look at my lawn now.  After install in November of 2013 (it was supposed to be late August) they agreed to make the job right (since it was so horrible) during the Summer of 2014.  Come look at my lawn after the install and a year of their care.  They treated both my wife (when she was home by herself), then me in a demeaning manner.  The level of unprofessionalism exhibited by both the project manager and the co-owner was appalling.  I am thankful to have saved all of the correspondences during the entire debacle.  If you ever want a view of a company to run from I would be happy to let you see for yourself.  Both from the actual results of the job they did - and from the correspondences.

Overall, extremely well. As with any large project there are always some miscommunications or misunderstandings. The key to an outstanding provider is acknowledging the hiccups and resolving issue to the customer's satisfaction ASAP. Reder did exactly that - acknowledged the issue and resolved the situation to our satisfaction. The team was professional, knowledgable, and committed to providing the best product possible. This was a huge project and we love it!

The job was started late in the year and was interrupted by the winter. The yard with no grass and the fence that was removed for access sat throughout the winter. No big deal since we don't have a dog or any reason to use the yard when it is covered with ice and snow. They restarted the work early in the season as soon as mud allowed them to get into the yard.
I thought their price was high, but in all fairness we did make a change in the original plans.
Everyone was easy to work with, punctual and I feel the yard does look great.

Reder responded quickly to my request for an estimate. I liked their ideas and the reasonable price, and sent them a $1000 deposit, expecting a scheduling callback. When two weeks passed with nothing, I called them and was told they couldn't do the work for 4 weeks. I waited 4 weeks, then 5...I finally called during the 6th week and was told, and quot;not this week, maybe next.and quot; I felt brushed off and contacted them through their website, saying I wanted either a firm date for installation or return of my deposit. I immediately received a call and the work was done that very week. I can't say enough good things about their crew -- they were professional, pleasant and hard working. They worked steadily as it rained off and on all day. I am VERY pleased with the finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, but I'd ask for scheduling at the time I gave them a deposit.
