Premier Tile & Stone

Initially we looked at big box stores for a better price but the lack of inventory made it difficult to really picture what we were wanting. While it cost more, we feel the quality of the tile and the service and assistance we received from Premiere Tile was worth it to ensure we were really getting what we wanted. We are very pleased with the tile and our contractor had no complaint during the install. We will use them for future projects. We purchased shower tile, decorative tile and floor tile. We opted for grout from a different store but only because of the contractor’s preference. Additionally, when our initial order came in damaged during transport, the staff were very courteous in updating us and making sure the replacement would arrive on time. It is nice to work with a company where you don’t have to worry!

Our initial visit to the store to pick out tile went pretty good until the employee working started and quot;pushingand quot; us out the door near closing time. Made us feel like whatever she had to do after work was more important then helping us. Once we picked our tile, it was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 days. They were very busy with current work and were not able to work us in for 3-4 weeks. After 6 weeks, we called for an update on the installation and we were told the tile had just came in. The fourth of July holiday was coming up so we had to wait until the following Monday for an install date. The installer showed up the following Tuesday and when he came in with the box of tile, it was not what we picked out. In fact, it wasn't even close. So, he had to go back to the office and they said they would re-order the tile and have it rush delivered the next day. Two days later, we were informed the tile and quot;just came inand quot; and the installer came back out that day and finished the project. The installer did a fantastic job. Very courteous and professional. Aside from the customer service experience, it was a good experience. The owner called me personally when he found out what happened. He was unaware of what happened and wanted to hear my side of the story. I was pleased with the way he handled our issues and made it right with us which is why I would use them again and would recommend them. They do have an amazing selection of tile and they did a great job installing it.

Premier Tile and Stone has a good selection, good service, and they were helpful picking out the materials. Their quality, responsiveness, and professionalism were excellent.

Very helpful and fairly priced and they had a lot of options available. They were also very professional and helpful in finding we wanted.
