NIZINSKI & SONS PAINTING

Two painters were at my home for eight days. The walls and ceiling in all of the rooms except the master bedroom appear to be O.K The walls in all of the rooms they worked in are painted light grey. The master bedroom has white showing in all of the corners so it might have only one coat on the walls.  They workers were pleased that they finished that room at 2:30 PM on the last day they worked and could go home early. One day when I cam home they were sitting in their van on their phones.  They jumped out of the van and ran into the house and started painting.  The baseboard and trim in all of those rooms was brand-new wood so should have easy to paint neatly.  Most of the baseboard and trim is not painted neatly.  There are places where there is baseboard  paint half and inch up  the wall above the baseboard.  The owner came back when I complained and said  "I should have inspected the work when it was finished". but he did not inspect it then!   I told him that I had toured new homes for sale in the area and the trim paint was perfect.  He said "They can make it LOOK any way they want it to LOOK". He had one of the original painters and another guy come back.  I gave them a list of the places that needed to be fixed and they still didn't fix it.  I left a message for the owner telling him that if he would pay for the paint, I would hire someone else to fix it.and he never called me back.  He called the general contractor instead.
