The "manager" took a lot of pictures and provided a quote of $1500.00, after checking to see who my insurance company was. The pictures were hilarious, taken from a variety of angles which made it appear as if I had been in a major accident, when half of my bumper had simply been hanging off the car and someone helped detach the other half for me so I could drive it over. We ended up bringing it to another collision place, which charged me $50.00 to reattach the bumper. My car looks as good as new. I remain puzzled by McArdle's opinion that I needed to replace the entire bumper.... please don't go there, when there are other options that will be honest when dealing with other peoples' money--whether it's yours or your insurance company's. Seriously.

I highly recommend them in every respect. The service is great. They also have a shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off while your car is being worked on.
