When you have water steadily leaking through the roof into your house as we did a week ago following several heavy rains, you know that you have to get your roof fixed, NOW. The first company we called to inspect the problem poked around on the roof for 15 minutes and then gave us a bid for over $2100.00. We were willing to spend it if necessary (what choice do you have when your roof is leaking?) but we decided we'd go ahead a get a second bid. That's when we called Levassuer on a neighbor's recommendation (who was also kind enough to push some pine needles out of trough and apply some tar). And are we glad we did! Nick and Brandon showed up. Not only did they inspect the entire roof (the first contractor said he didn't), they determined that the source of the problem was likely several cracked ventilation boots and a few missing shingles, all of which they replaced for $250 (parts and labor). Problem solved. Needless to say, these guys will be our first call from now on and when it's time to re-roof the entire house, the job will be theirs.
