Started in 2015, Innovative Exteriors Inc. was built on the commitment to provide the highest quality flat roofing service and installation to our customers through hard work, expertise in the field and great customer service before and after the job is complete. As we continue to grow and expand, our team and staff share our same values, vision and work ethic. Josh Bennett, founder of Innovative Exteriors, Inc. along with his wife Heather Bennett, are based in Midland, Michigan. Before starting Innovative Exteriors Inc., Josh worked for Duro-Last for over 14 years in the Quality Assurance Department, not only as an inspector, but also was in charge of teaching new companies and employees how to properly install the Duro-Last Membrane. His wife, Heather Bennett, brings over 2 decades experience on the business side of the company. When you call the office or send an email she is most likely the first contact you receive. Heather received her BBA from Northwood University in 2007 and enjoys bringing her knowledge to their business.
