Ray arrived promptly with his worker. He quickly determined how he would move the piano and had it in his truck in less than 10 minutes. It was raining a little, and he took the time to cover the piano for the trip down my sidewalk. I will definitely be calling Ray again for piano moving, tuning and repair.
