I contacted the provider about the issue and he said he would stop by during the week and get back to me with a quote. He called back and left me a message with the price quote stating it would be 7 to 10 days to get the glass. I return his call with a message of my own to proceed with the work. After ten days and no contact I reached the provider by telephone and it turned out that he had misplaced the information. After another weeks wait for the glass he then repaired the window. He had to order some trim to match the metal frame and then he stopped by while we were away and completed that part. Overall the provider was excellent in al regards except for the misplaced order. We are pleased with the final result.
