Unsatisfactory and disappointing experience – Initially signed contract 13-Sep-2018 for completion mid-October. Final installation delayed twice due to missing components, pushing actual completion to 25-Nov-2018. Raised concerns about various fencing and gate alignments; told these would be adjusted in Spring 2019 – Reached out multiple times via phone and email beginning in April. Forkel ultimately arrived unannounced on 15-Jul-2019, correcting only two of the three gateways. Was informed they would not adjust the fencing; nor center the third gate over the walkway pavers. Forkel then called me a “nitpicker” for questioning the quality of their workmanship – I’m not a happy camper!
