They were always on time and willing to explain what they were doing and going to do next. Crew was always very professional and courteous. Cleaned up and picked up every day before they left job site. Very satisfied with job. I told Marty that if my wife is happy it was a success. She is very happy. It took a little longer to get a bid from them but well worth the wait. B & B was several thousand dollars less than closes bid. 10 year warranty

They were wonderful. Marty, the owner is careful and meticulous with the details, and you could hardly ask for a nicer bunch of guys to do the work. They cleaned up every day as they went and the yard was totally clear of debris when they were finished. The crew don't normally work with gutter guard and weren't familiar with this kind, so there were some glitches with the installation. Marty never hesitated to return and make sure the problems were fixed, even though he and his workers had to travel from Midland to Bay City to do it. In short, he stands behind his work. And the roof looks great. I'm very pleased.

B&B gave excellent and professional serve from start to finish. Marty Benaway, the owner, was at the job site several time a day to supervise the work. Several sections of timber were replaced and repainted. The guys doing the work were friendly, courteous and helpful. They cleaned up completely after the job.

The crew started a few days late due to weather, but Marty was very good at keeping me informed by communicating with me on a daily basis. The crew was very efficient and very clean, picking up all debris and carefully looking for and picking up any stray nails during the roof removal. The crew also completely cleaned the work site each day, which I really appreciated. They arrived promptly each day and kept me informed daily with progress and any problems that were uncovered. The work progressed quickly. Their crew is very experienced and efficient. Overall, they did an excellent job and I am very happy with the finished results.

A great crew of friendly people. Owner was out multiple times a day to review and oversee progress. This wasn't an easy job. It was on a over 100 year old farm house and garage. The roof is steep the guys removed some of the old roof boards under the plywood to examine the ventilation. They installed baffles to improve ventilation then put the boards back before over sheeting with plywood. Ice shield was installed further up the roof than required. They also vented my bath thru the roof. The Old House now looks as it should.

Last Oct. when the tornado came through our area, we lost shingles off of our house.  I thought it would be an easy patch job and called a couple of places.  I had had roof work done before on our previous house and knew who not to call.  last time Yeager roofing came out and fixed a small patch on our house and charged over $500.00 for it and said a whole roof replacement would be around $15,000.00. At least they came out and fixed it within 2 weeks.  I had also called Herbert roofing, and while they were very polite I had heard nothing from them after 2 weeks and 2 phone calls. 2 weeks after Yeager had already fixed my roof, Herbert roofing finally called me back!  Anyway, this time I called B & B builders. I can't say enough good things about them, but I will try.  They are so prompt that sometimes they would call me back before I even got a chance to wonder if I needed to call them again.  I have called at times when I thought they would be closed (7:00 pm) and someone has answered. Marty, is who had the roof patched until weather allowed for a replacement roof. He showed me how my roof had more damage than I thought.  What I thought was an easy patch job was actually a need to call my insurance co. job.  I am thankful that they had come out the very next day after I had called them so I could report my claim.  He helped me deal with my insurance company and saved me a lot of money and headaches.  For about the same area of patching that Yeager did on my previous roof, B & B charged about 1/2 the price.  For about 2/3 the size area to completely re-roof than my previous house that Yeager estimated $15,000.00 B & B did it for $5,500.00.  They completed the job in 2 days time, cleaned up after themselves and left me a beautiful new roof and a 10 yr guarantee for work, 30 yr guarantee for the shingles.  My insurance agency (Statefarm) had also heard of B & B's good reputation and were quite willing to work with them. I only wish they did more things-I am in need of a good painting crew!  If you have any roofing needs, I would not call anyone else.

From start to finish, Marty, one of the owners, was very helpful, informative, knowledeable, and professional. Landscaping was protected and clean-up afterword, thorough. It wasn't the best but it was okay. They were very friendly. They were prompt. They came when they were supposed to. However, we had to have them come back a couple of times because we had some bats that were getting into our roof and they were supposed to seal that up and it's still an issue for us but the quality of the roof is fine. The price was very competitive.

The guys showed up and did the job. End of story.

With a glance they were able to point out several installation errors made by the original roofing company.  They arrived on the day they promised and completed the job within the day.  Clean-up was good.  The leak appears to have been fixed as we have had lots of rain and wind since.

They worked until dark. I was very pleased with B&B Builders. Their price was good compared to other business'. They were very responsive.

They had the lowest bid amongst all other companies. I was pleased with their work. They stayed right on the job, kept me informed if they had to go for one or two days. They did a conscientious job and they gave attention to details. I don't have any problem with the roof now. I would recommend them to all.
