My impression with Ayre/Rhinehart was very bad. The agent was a high pressure seller and failed to properly inform buyer's rights. He had a very rosy/cozy relationship with the seller and was not representing my interests. Without a doubt, he was much more motivated to see a higher sales price than help my negotiation. I All friends and Dow's relocation were informed to avoid Ayre/Rhinehart. A realtor from Ayre/Rhinehart does not worth my trust. You should try ones from RE/MAX or other firms.

It did not work out very well and we ended up dropping this company. Our realtor did not give us the attention we needed. We were listing the house long distance and our real estate agent was not prepared to help under those circumstances. She also did not seem to be aware of modern technology and some of the tools that can assist in helping to search for a house long distance. She was not very good at listening to what our needs were.

They seemed to be prevalent in the area. The agent was very good about finding a home and locating what we wanted. He was with us from start to finish during a process that took a little bit of time.
