They were so helpful and went out of there way in making a repair to my laminate floor. The previous company I used had gone out of business.

They are knowledgable and the pricing is fair.

I've used him before.  He provides a personal service.   I think their pricing is a good value.  You can get great value carpeting without having to sell your kids for it.

He is always up front and honest and gives it to you straight.  When you contact him he is always available.  

My son and a couple of his friends did the work, but we bought the flooring and some wonderful stuff from Westen's Carpet. Mr. Jeff Westen is the owner of Westen's Carpet. He's done other flooring replacement for us like carpeting and other things and he's very accommodating and does a wonderful job. He was here a couple of times to give us advice and help us out. We've dealt with him before. He is very honest and he would lead us in the right direction. We were originally looking at a different brand of laminates and explained to us that by spending a little bit more we could really up the quality of the product that we were getting. If he can't help us out, he would direct us to somebody who can. We had several estimates and he was quite a bit below in the price that we were getting. He is very reasonable. The quality of the flooring is beautiful and when he delivered the stuff one of the guy thought it was hardwood. He is very responsive. He gives his cell phone number and calls us back immediately. He is extremely professional. The only thing is that he is not electronic and doesn't do e-mail or websites and any other stuff. It's strictly personal. We call him, go there and talk to him and he gets back to us which we really like, but some people who depend so much on their computers may find it difficult to deal with him.
