Description of Work: After calling many contractors, and having them either not show to give a bid or refuse to give one, this contractor provided a reasonable bid in a quick timeframe. Although the board approved the work to be put off until the spring, we have nothing but positive kudos for this contractor after our other experiences and hope we will be able to be one of his first projects for decks in the spring.
