A+'s in all categories! This was a small job at a busy time, contracted right after the first Covid-19 lockdown was lifted. Chris came on the day I called, sent estimate in under 24 hours, and scheduled work ASAP, keeping me informed all along and responding to all emails and calls immediately, despite his backlog of larger projects. His team were all very courteous, worked hard, quickly, and carefully in high heat, and did a beautiful job renovating a highly deteriorated walk with high quality pavers and edging. It is beautiful. DO get an estimate, as mine was QUITE reasonable and by far the lowest of the three I got.

Wonderful! Top notch job, great responsiveness, the crew was fantastic and very fun. I am hiring them again for my own house and hour and a half away and they are willing to travel. Can't beat top notch service!

Chris was great to work with. He did a great job at communicating. He even called if he was going to be a few minutes late for an appointment. He was excellent at taking our ideas and coming up with a design. He came out to discus changes. His crew was topnotch too. They worked hard and answered our questions as they worked. They left the area cleaner than they found it. Chris came out and did some reseeding after several days of rain washed out some of the seed. We have and will recommend Chris to others.

This crew did a great job. I had a driveway put in and needed to replace a 3-4 foot wide strip indention of top soil that ran the length of the driveway on one side and around the edges. They then seeded. Straw wasn't on the initial work order but they contacted Chris who said to go ahead and do it. So I was very happy for that. Some companies offered a cheaper rate but these guys got it done quickly and did it well. I would highly recommend using their services.

Chris Locke and his crew did a great job on your backyard landscaping and hardscaping project. We interviewed a few contractors, but we chose him based on his reputation, some recommendations from friends and his competitive bid. He had some good ideas for the project and gave us options based on material choice and difference in cost. He broke down the price of his quote (price per sq ft or face foot) which made it easy for comparison to other quotes or for deciding whether we wanted to expand or reduce our project. His crew did a great job of cleaning up the site each day and the overall quality is excellent. He gives a good warranty on his workmanship and his installed plants. Overall, a great job and we would recommend him to our neighbors.

We were very happy with the work Chris and his crew did on our landscaping. They were professional and courteous and got the job done quickly with excellent attention to detail. It’s such an improvement on what we had before, and we can’t wait to see it in bloom this spring and summer!

This was a complex installation because of the way the step, retaining wall, and window well interfaced. Chris Locke did an excellent job of working with us to formulate a design that is both functionally and aesthetically effective. The crew efficiently and skillfully completed the work, including integrating it with a brick patio that was already in place.

I would highly recommend this company. They were reliable, they cleaned up every night before leaving, the workers were courteous. we were able to contact the owner whenvever we had questions. The brick work they did for us turned out very nice. Great compnay!!!

Chris was very responsive starting with a rapid response when I requested a quote. He created a design within our budget. We had no idea on what would grow in this challenged area and what would look great. We discussed and modified a bit adding some landscaping blocks to match our current property. Chris took it upon himself to find a block that matched locally. He had great ideas and absorbed any input. The crew (great crew) finished the work in a couple days. Everything turned out exactly as described. The property looks fantastic. Chris is a man of his word and delivers.

A. Great attention to detail of the work they performed B. The whole crew were gentlemen and were kind and nice ?? C. The lead person (sorry I did not get his name) was outstanding and worked to make sure you had customer stratification and of course we are very satisfied D. The finish work and clean up was over the top and totally unsuspecting that they would even grass seed the area next to the new stone E. Was told in late March that weather permitting work would start mid-May and Locke's was right on time. All work was finished in 4 days and everything looks great.

From design to execution, this was a great experience at a good price.

The work went great. They notified us ahead of time when they were planning to start work and how long it would take. They showed up and made rapid progress and finished within a few days. The design they came up with for the landscaping was great. We couldn't have hoped for it to turn out better. Chris and his team were all very nice and great to interact with. I'm looking forward to using their services in the future.

If you want outstanding hardscape, hire Chris and his team! This is the second project we hired Lockes for and will have them back for a third! What i appreciate most is Chris' ability to comprehend my vision and make it that much better! He won't disappoint!

I'm picky, detail orientated and somewhat micro managing.
That written, I have to tell you - > Chris and his team were great to work with throughout the entire process of designing, scheduling and installing our large circular paver patio, boulder retaining wall and paver walkway.

Our installation was complicated.  
Requiring special planning and extreme attention to detail. The site required excavation, tree stump removal, relocation of existing plants, down-spout, sump pump discharge, irrigation and low-voltage lighting reconfiguration before installation. The preparation and installation were completed with great care to create the custom look we envisioned. 

The Locke's team:
- Was courteous and respectful of our property and our neighbors
- Took great care in cleaning up each day before leaving the site
- Showed pride in the craftsmanship they exhibited, particularly pavers and the circular patio
- Was as accurate as possible with pricing and materials estimates 
- Worked to actively communicate and coordinate scheduling

Fantastic! Everything was as described in the estimate. They exceeded my expectations.

Chris was very responsive in getting back to me with a quote and mock-up drawing. He worked with me until we had a plan that we were happy with. He was reasonable on cost and worked us into the schedule quickly. The team showed up and completed the job promptly within one day. My only negative comment is because of how hot and dry this summer has been the bobcat they used tore up our yard quite a bit and we now have to wait for new grass to come in. Other than that we were very satisfied with the end result of our retaining wall landscape bed.
