Auto Service
Horrible. Didn't stick with his deal about the engine work, and still left with a BROKEN and DIRTY car thanks to him. Went to another mechanic who did it for $700 for EVERYTHING. I will NEVER go back to dean's, not even for an oil change.
Other Things:
1. He had taken my car for a test drive after the valve
cover was done on it. He had left dirt all over the drivers side in the
car that I had to clean up.
2. He kept getting my last name wrong, even on the invoices, and even when I took the car.
3. Tried to convince me to buy a whole new engine from him, and pay him to put it into the car.
4. Why didn't he check the engine light and see in the first place? Wasn't thorough enough to catch what was wrong apparently.
