When confronted with misinformation on the inspection Mr. Potter was very cocky & self assured. There were numerous items in the inspection report that were not true and some completely false. He did not elaborate on some items and only brought up red flags concerning the home with little or no discussion of obvious observations that would put a different spin on the sale of the home.

HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY BUT IT SEEMED THAT HE WAS FAVORING THE SELLER AND THE REAL ESTATE COMPANY INSTEAD OF THE PERSON THAT WAS PAYING HIM. THE REPORT IS VAGUE AND NOT DETAILED IN ANYWAY. MOST OTHER REPORTS HAVE MANY PAGES OF DAMAGES OR POSSIBLY REPAIR OR VIOLATIONS. NOT SO HERE.
