All services and products were installed professionally and in a timely fashion. Importantly, Eichmeyer’s coordinated their services with Twin City Electric, and Tri City Plumbing, and the coordination and communication makes for a stress free Experience! Importantly, Scott E. provides excellent advice about the right products to install, and reducing cost through efficient work planning. The entire staff is first rate. Two Thumbs up.

This is an update to my review from July 2013. At first everything seemed OK. However, almost without exception, everything needed repairs and adjustments. The new thermostat refused to work, the a/c and humidifier blower was so loud we had trouble hearing the TV, water dripped from the bathroom exhaust fans (and still does), and the exterior grate for the exhaust fans rusted. After many, many service calls, most of the problems were fixed with the exception of the dripping exhaust fans and the rusty grate, which they refused to replace. We paid a high premium for Eickmeyer's services, mostly because of their reputation, but we were sorely disappointed.

We had gotten a quote for a new furnace and c/a but ended up having to put it off until the following year. I called them and asked how close they could come to the original quote. Even though the cost of labor had gone up, they matched the quote! I was so impressed with the installation: they were there when they said they would be, cleaned up after themselves, wasted no time, and made sure we knew how to work everything before they left--including the thermostat. They were a few dollars more than another estimate I had gotten but went with them because of their reputation. It was money well spent. We have had NO problems with either the furnace or central air, not even after a bad storm knocked out our electricity while the central air was running. As I understand it, they have 2 crews on call at all times and actually respond when called--important when you have medical issues! They are very customer oriented and awesome to deal with!

All the work was completed in an exemplary manner. Eickmeyer installs high quality brand names and does an excellent job of installation. All of my wishes, such as placement of the vents, were accommodated. In addition, the contractor was fastidious about cleaning up after the job was completed. I found this contractor to be a little more expensive than the other quotes I received. However, Eickmeyer has a top notch reputation so I chose them anyway. In my opinion the quality of the equipment and professionalism of the installation more than justified the price.
